Pumpkin Over Rice
Material:
Pumpkin
Steamed Rice
Black Wood Ear
White Wood Ear
Gluten
Broccoli
Red Bell Pepper
Flour

Seasoning:
Salt
Black pepper

Method:
1. Cut black wood ear and white wood ear into chunks, shred red bell pepper, boil broccoli; set aside.
2. Cut flesh of pumpkin into chunks and puree in a food processor or blander. Mix flour and water, set aside.
3. Preheat oil in wok for a few minutes, then add in black wood ear and white wood ear, stir fry. Mix in water, pumpkin, pumpkin puree, salt, black pepper, and mixture of flour and water. Cook till thickening.
4. Put one bowl of steamed rice in the middle of a plate, garnish with broccoli, gluten, red bell pepper and some preserved pumpkin; pour (3) over rice.
