Konnyaku Tofu Lotus Seed Dried Medla
Cornstarch Seasoned Soup
2. Cut Konnyaku into thin slices. Cook them for 5 minutes. And cool them down with cold water. 3. Use cloth to squeeze out any water from Tofu. Mix tofu with mashed Pumpkin, half teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of Cornstarch. 4. Spread some oil in a median size bowl. Place Konnyaku into the bowl first, then put in the mashed Pumpkin and Tofu. Cook for 10 minutes. Then place it onto a plate. 5. Boil Seasoned Soup, water, Lotus Seed, and Dried Medlar. Then mix in some Cornstarch, and then apply it on top of the Pumpkin dish. |
