Rosemary Baked Potato
Material:
Rosemary
Potato
Green pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Chinese black mushrooms
Condensed milk
Shredded cheese
Butter

Seasoning:
Salt
Sugar
Black pepper powder

Method:
To make condensed milk:
Slow cook two bowls of milk low heat, till get one bowl of condensed milk.

To make rosemary baked potato:
1. Peel fully cooked potato, cut into chunks and set aside.
2. Cut Chinese black mushrooms, green pepper, yellow and red bell peppers into small cubes; set aside.
3. Finely chop rosemary, preheat wok with butter, add in mushrooms cubes, pepper cubes, and potato, stir fry.
4. Sprinkle black pepper powder, seasoning with a pinch of salt and sugar, pour in condensed milk, cook and stir.
5. When gravy is boiled, remove from heat and transfer into a baking dish, sprinkle some cheese powder. Bake in preheated oven (at 250 degree) for 7 minutes.
