Cheese Been Curd Skin Rolls
Material:
Asparagus 6 stalks
Bean Curd Skin 3 slides
Low fat cheese 3 slides

Seasoning:
Soy sauce (thick)
Sugar
Lemon juice
Black pepper
Sesame oil

Method:
1. Boil asparagus, set aside.
2. Mix thick soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, black pepper and sesame oil. Set aside.
3. Spread out the bean curd skin, halve lengthwise, insert one slide of cheese and two stalks of asparagus. Roll up and brush sauce (2). Ready for baking.
4. Bake in oven at 250 degree till cheese is melted (approximately 3 minutes.)
