Peanut tomato noodle
Material:
Tomato flavor noodle
Dehydrated bean cake
Vegetable Contended Konnyaku ball
Egg
Celery
Bean sprouts
Coriander
2 spoons of Peanut powder

Seasoning:
2 table spoons of fruit vinegar
2 tea spoons of sugar
1 table spoon of mushroom soy sauce
salt
sodium glutamate
Salad oil

Method:
1. Prepare ingredients first. Cut bean curd, Veggie ball into finely cube, and cut celery and coriander into pieces.

2. Boil noodle and celery separately and set aside.

3. Heat a pot with oil, and fry eggs, bean curd, and veggie ball together. Add water a bit. After it boiled, put bean spouts, noodles, and celery constantly.

4. At last, put all condiments and peanut powder. Before serve, place some coriander on it.
