Tortilla Roll
Material:
3 tortilla wraps
1 apple, peeled and julienne
1 small cucumber, skinned and julienne
1 cup alfalfa sprout
1 carrot, skinned and julienne
2 roman lettuce, julienne
1/4 cup raison
1/4 cup of dried apricot, chopped
1 tablespoon sunflower seed
1/4 cup walnut
1/4 cup almond


Seasoning:
1 table spoon vinegar
1 teaspoon miso paste
1 tablespoon passion fruit juice
1 teaspoon sesame paste

Method:
1. In a small bowl, add a little water. Mix all the seasoning well.
2. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on the table, spread the seasoning mix on the tortilla. Place the ingredients on the tortilla and wrap into a roll.

Cut rolls into halves to serve.
