The three concepts of Tzu Chi international
relief efforts are: soothe the confounded heart, support the
essential needs of the survivors and assist the survivors
to become independent again. After the emergency relief and
medical assistance and the completion of tent areas in the
initial stages of the disaster recovery, the new homes in
the Tzu Chi Great Love Villages will provide a solid foundation
for the survivors to rebuild their future.
