site of Beaumont shelter console a Thai immigrant. Upon seeing
Asians helping the survivors, tears streamed down the lady's
cheeks. When she saw that Tzu Chi was from Taiwan, she could
hardly speak. She had been to Taiwan before, and the warmth
of Taiwanese people left her a deep
