Pumpkin and Konnyaku
Material:
Pumpkin
Konnyaku
Tofu
Lotus Seed
Dried Medla

Seasoning:
Salt
Cornstarch
Seasoned Soup

Method:
1. After wash the Pumpkin and take out Pumpkin seeds. Cook it for 12 to 15 minutes. Mash the Pumpkin without the skin.
2. Cut Konnyaku into thin slices. Cook them for 5 minutes. And cool them down with cold water.
3. Use cloth to squeeze out any water from Tofu. Mix tofu with mashed Pumpkin, half teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of Cornstarch.
4. Spread some oil in a median size bowl. Place Konnyaku into the bowl first, then put in the mashed Pumpkin and Tofu. Cook for 10 minutes. Then place it onto a plate.
5. Boil Seasoned Soup, water, Lotus Seed, and Dried Medlar. Then mix in some Cornstarch, and then apply it on top of the Pumpkin dish.
