Szechuan Style Shredded Vegetarian Pork
Material:
Bean curd skin
Dry seaweed slice
Flour
Shelled peanut
White sesame seeds

Seasoning:
Vegetarian oyster sauce
Sugar
Black vinegar
Pepper powder

Method:
1. Mix flour and water, spread the mixture evenly onto bean curd skin. Place dry seaweed slice on top of it; roll and fold the bean curd skin. Steam for 1 or 2 minutes, then remove from heat and cut into thin shreds. Heat oil in a wok and fry till turn golden color. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry the mixture of vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, black vinegar and pepper powder. Cook till the liquid turn thick and sticky; stir fry with bean curd skin (1) and toasted shelled peanuts, remove from heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle on white sesame seeds and serve.
