2. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry the mixture of vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, black vinegar and pepper powder. Cook till the liquid turn thick and sticky; stir fry with bean curd skin (1) and toasted shelled peanuts, remove from heat and place on a plate. Sprinkle on white sesame seeds and serve. |
