Teriyaki Chestnut
Material:
Chestnut
Chinese black mushrooms
Snow pea shoots
Ginger slice


Seasoning:
Vegetarian oyster sauce
Salt


Method:

1. Preheat wok, fry black mushrooms lightly with low heat. Fry chestnut till turn golden color, scoop out and set aside.

2. Boil water, salt, and oil in a pot, add in and cook snow pea shoot in boiling water for few minutes. Scoop out and place on plate, set aside.

3. Preheat wok and slightly fry ginger slice, add in vegetarian oyster sauce, water, mushrooms and chestnut, cook till well flavored. Remove from heat and serve.
