Eight Treasures Rice Pudding
Material:
1 catty long sticky rice
Orange comfit
Golden date compote
Dried longan

Condiments:
5 spoons Sugar

Method:
1. To soak the sticky rice in water for 4 hours, and then cook over.
2. Cut the orange and date into small pieces.
3. Add a bowl of water, sugar, and dried longan, and then bring to the boil in the pot. After it has boiled, reduce the heat to low, put sticky rice, orange comfit, and golden date compote, stirring until sticky without water.
