Corn and Vegetable Soup (Purify our body system)
Material:
Corn Starch
Barley
Potato
Carrots
Celery
Corn
Mushroom
Seaweed Sprout
Vegetable Broth
Parsley

Seasoning:
Salt
Pepper

Method:
1. Use moderate amounts of each ingredient.
2. Cut carrot, potatoes, celery into cubes.
3. Slice mushroom.
4. Add vegetable broth, carrot, potatoes, celery, and mushroom to a pot and bring to a boil. Add corn, corn starch. Cover and cook at low heat for about 20 minutes. Add Seaweed Sprout. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley flakes.
